This lot is sourced from high-altitude farms in the Sidamo region (2100–2300 m) and processed using the Natural method (Murago G2) at the local Murago station. The producer, Guzguz Yimam Ibrahime, is a dedicated farmer with deep roots in Ethiopia’s coffee heritage.
In the cup: expressive notes of dark berries, mandarin, lavender, and cocoa, with a clean profile, balanced acidity, and pleasant sweetness. A great choice for filter brewing and light roasts.
